Jill Keats

Studio owner and founder, Jill, has been teaching Pilates for more than a decade and is a certified Level 2 teacher with Peak Pilates. She fell in love with Pilates fifteen years ago at her local YMCA. The exercises were hard at first, but achievable. With regular attendance, her posture and body awareness evolved, her muscle tone and strength increased, and her well being and confidence skyrocketed. For those reasons, at the age of 50, she decided to pursue Peak Pilates teacher training. She is also certified by the AFAA and Yogafit. She has taught at boutique studios and fitness centers throughout the greater Phoenix area and is now proud to have her own studio in beautiful Fountain Hills, Arizona.

Liliana Cuzzocrea

Liliana is a Pilates Method Alliance certified instructor, and has been learning and teaching Pilates since 2013. She trained with the Balanced Body School in the full Pilates apparatus, then was very fortunate to be hired by the Personalized Pilates studio in Phoenix, AZ. Now she’s happy to continue teaching at Pilates 101.

Before starting her Pilates journey, she had been a Personal Trainer for many years, practiced different sports, outdoor and indoor, and started with ballet as a child at the Piccolo Teatro in Milan, Italy (her hometown!) Her favorite outdoor activity now is cycling.

Liliana says: “What I try to convey with my teaching is that Pilates is not just a workout. It is the foundation of posture, strength, flexibility and balance in everything that is related to movement, from your everyday life’s activities to anything you do to keep your body (and your mind, as a consequence) happy and healthy! Pilates is the best choice to pursue and achieve results that are going to stick and stay with you always!  And you can start Pilates at any age. The repertoire is made to be tailored to your body needs and abilities, while remaining faithful to the principles. Pilates is life!”
